About
Archie Burrows is a figurative artist based in Rutland, England. He studied Fine Art at De Montfort University in Leicester, graduating in 2025. Primarily working with oil paint, Archie’s portraits are inherently expressive with a heavy focus on mark-making and textural quality. Whilst his primary fascination lies with paint, his charcoal and graphite drawings reveal his investigation into line and form, culminating from an extensive practice in life drawing.
